Littleham's Ethos Group is a dedicated team of staff, parents, carers, governors, and members of the wider school community who work together to promote and strengthen the values, culture, and vision of our school.
Our group helps ensure that every adult connected to the school plays a positive role in creating a safe, respectful, and inspiring environment where all pupils can thrive.
Our Purpose
The purpose of the Ethos Group is to:
Promote the school’s core values and vision
Encourage positive relationships across the school community
Support pupil wellbeing and personal development
Foster a culture of respect, inclusion, and belonging
Model high standards of behaviour and communication
Work collaboratively to strengthen the school environment
What We Do
The Adult Ethos Group meets regularly to discuss ways to support and enhance the ethos of the school. This includes:
Reviewing and promoting school values
Supporting wellbeing initiatives for pupils and staff
Organising community and family engagement activities
Encouraging positive behaviour and attitudes
Sharing ideas to improve the school experience for everyone
Supporting charity events and community projects
