Foundation Stage Unit

At Littleham C of E Primary school our Early Years education is designed to be creative, inspiring, challenging, memorable and most of all nurturing. We believe that it is vital to support children’s personal, social and emotional development so that they feel safe and secure and therefore are ready to learn. We support and encourage positive behaviours whilst striving for our children to become independent, confident, life-long learners with a strong belief in their own ability to succeed.  

Preschool Information

We are delighted to offer preschool places for children aged two, three and four here at Littleham C of E Primary School.

Our preschool is open Monday to Friday (term time) from 9:00am to 3:00pm. Next academic year this will increase to 3:30pm. 

Sessions are available as follows:

• Morning session: 9:00am – 12:00pm
  

• Afternoon session: 12:00pm – 3:00pm

• Full day: 9:00am – 3:30pm

Fees are £5.00 per hour for three and four year olds and £5.50 per hour for two year olds. We accept funded places for eligible two, three and four year olds.

Children may order a hot school meal, for £2.70 per day, which includes a main course and dessert. Alternatively, children may bring a packed lunch from home. Fruit snacks are provided throughout the day.
