· Targeted provision and specialist support for children placed in the CAIRB at Littleham Primary School.
· The CAIRB will provide enhanced assessment processes that will further identify provision and drive aspirational progress.
The ‘CAIRB’ is a resource base in a mainstream school, a Resource Base is not a Special School but does provide specialist provision.A child needs an EHCP to attend and their place is allocated by the Devon statutory team. A place in the CAIRB is dependent on the individual child’s ability to thrive in the setting while they mature and develop, this may be reviewed as part of the annual review process. If eligible for school transport, this will be arranged by Devon County Council.
