At Littleham CE Primary, our vision is that “Greatness grows from small beginnings” (Matthew 13:31–32). We believe that every child’s journey towards greatness starts with the everyday choices they make, the habits they develop, and the way they treat others.

Our school rules are more than expectations – they are our non-negotiables and the strong roots from which greatness can grow. By respecting people, their beliefs and the environment, using calm voices, showing kindness through words and actions, embracing mistakes as opportunities to learn, and always trying our best, children develop the character, confidence and resilience they need to flourish.

These small beginnings shape our school community every day. They help us create a safe, caring and ambitious environment where everyone feels valued, supported and inspired to achieve their potential. Through living out these shared values, our children learn that greatness is not found in one big moment, but in the consistent choices they make each day.
